Delivery
Core by Chloe Pilates uses third-party carriers, including Australia Post, to deliver orders.
After dispatch, customers should use the tracking information supplied and contact the carrier directly regarding routine tracking and delivery enquiries. Customers may be required to cooperate with reasonable investigations by the carrier or Core by Chloe Pilates regarding delayed, missing or damaged parcels.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
